At Samdalth Gold, we collect the minimum information necessary to process your orders and provide you with the best service:
- Identity data: name, surname, email, and phone number
- Shipping data: complete postal address
- Transaction data: order history, amounts, and statuses (payment data is processed exclusively by Stripe)
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and browsing data through essential cookies
2. Purpose of Processing
We use your personal data exclusively to: process and ship your orders, communicate about the status of your purchases, comply with legal and tax obligations, and (only with your explicit consent) send marketing communications about new collections and exclusive offers.
3. Payment Processing by Stripe
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. When you make a purchase, Stripe collects and processes your payment card data directly. Samdalth Gold never receives, stores, or has access to your full card number. Stripe acts as a data processor under its own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy). We only receive a transaction identifier to link the payment to your order.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share data with: Stripe (payment processing), shipping services (for order delivery), and competent authorities when required by law. All our providers are subject to data protection agreements.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data as long as you maintain an active account with us. Transaction data is retained for the legally required period for tax and accounting purposes (5 years in Colombia). You can request the deletion of your account and personal data at any time through your account panel or by contacting our team.

In accordance with Colombian law (Law 1581 of 2012) and international data protection regulations, you have the right to:

- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
