1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Samdalth Gold website (samdalthgold.com) and making purchases through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Descriptions

We strive to display the colors, images, and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, since each emerald and piece of jewelry is unique, natural variations in color, size, and appearance may exist. Photographs are illustrative and differences from the actual product do not constitute a defect. All emeralds include a certificate of authenticity issued by independent gemologists.

3. Pricing and Currency

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes based on the buyer's jurisdiction. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The applicable price will be the one in effect at the time of order confirmation. Prices are verified on the server before processing each payment to ensure accuracy.

4. Payments and Security

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Samdalth Gold never stores, processes, or has access to your credit or debit card data. We accept major credit and debit cards. The charge will be made at the time of order confirmation. For transactions that require it, 3D Secure authentication will be applied in accordance with PSD2 regulations.

5. Shipping

All shipments are insured and trackable. Delivery times vary by destination: Colombia (3-5 business days), United States and Latin America (7-15 business days), Europe (10-20 business days). Indicated times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. The buyer is responsible for import duties and customs fees applicable in their country.

6. Returns

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, contact our support team. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, with all certificates and packaging. See our full Return Policy for more details.

7. Warranty

All Samdalth Gold jewelry pieces come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers: setting defects, structural metal issues, and soldering failures. It does not cover: normal wear and tear, damage from improper use, modifications made by third parties, or stone loss from impacts.

8. Limitation of Liability

Samdalth Gold shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question. This limitation does not apply in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including texts, images, logos, designs, and trademarks, is the property of Samdalth Gold or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of any content without prior written consent is prohibited.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bogota, Colombia, unless the consumer protection laws of the buyer's country establish a different jurisdiction.
